Return Policy

Memsolutions.com provides a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, call us and we'll set up a return. Returns will be credited for the full price of the items, minus a 15% restocking fee (or your actual shipping price, at our discretion). If you have a defective product that you would like to return, check out our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Why the restocking fee? This covers our carrying, packaging and labor costs, which are included in our prices, as well as the credit card fee which we pay even when the item is returned. If you look around you'll see this is pretty standard, and we will always waive it if we made a mistake which necessitated the return.

Returns will only be credited to the card which was used for the initial purchase, and then only within thrity (30) days of the date on which the card was originally charged. in cases where the card fails to accept the credit, because it was cancelled or expired for example, we will, at our discretion, issue a credit to your account. Cash or check refunds are not an option.

We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We strongly recommend that you send your return using a shipping company that provides you with a way to track your package.
